Here is a blanket knitted for charity by our Saturday night afghans for Afghans group. Each person knit one of the strips from Aussi Wool Bulky for this pretty baby blanket.Dear NYC friends,

We received the following message from Ann Rubin about our shawls.
"Thank you for your latest gorgeous, communal gift for CURE Hospital in Kabul. What a model group! We'll be packing on Friday and will be sure to watch out for your box. While packing in the AFSC basement, we always give a special shout out when we open packages from NYC. I always tell our volunteers about the wonderful visit I had with Pamela and many of you last year. I think many of us here feel that we know you through your knitting gifts! Much appreciation for all the effort, caring, and for responding with such spirit to the need in Afghanistan (while we have the chance)!
