Return Policies

Seaport Yarn wants to make sure that you are satisfied with your order. Please contact us immediately via email, at orders@seaportyarn.com, or by phone at (207) 756-7770 if there is a problem. Include your order number and a description of the problem. We will then provide you with shipping instructions.

Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. When exchanging yarn the customer pays for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Books, needles and patterns are always final sale unless they are damaged in shipping or the wrong product has been shipped.

Please note: Differences in computer monitors may cause yarn colors to appear slightly different than actual yarn color.

Your shopping cart will show you if an item is not available in the quantity you desire or is out of stock. Not all items and yarn colors are guaranteed to be in stock.

Please note that items purchased online cannot be exchanged or replaced through our store in New York City.

Special orders and Sale items are non-returnable.

Shipping

We ship via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail (1-3 days), Parcel Post and Express Mail (Overnight in most areas) in the US and USPS Global Priority Mail, First Class Mail and Parcel Post for international orders. Shipping rates are based on weight and your location. Orders will be shipped by the next business day.
